Privacy Policy
BUFFBUNKER is a brand being developed by AI Distribution LLC. This policy explains how information submitted through the BUFFBUNKER early-access website is handled.
Information you provide
The early-access form collects your name, email, ZIP code, preferred color, intended installation location, optional message, and marketing consent choice. We also record the submission date and consent wording. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
How we use it
We use your details to manage the early-access list, understand prospective customer needs, and respond to your inquiry. If you select the optional marketing checkbox, we may also send product news and marketing emails. Joining the list does not reserve a product or guarantee availability.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in a server-side database, with no public endpoint for reading the list. Access is limited to authorized business personnel and service providers supporting the website and its hosting. We do not sell your form information. Information may be disclosed when required by law.
Your choices
Marketing consent is optional. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing romer@theaidistribution.com. We retain information for the early-access program and related business purposes, unless deletion is requested or retention is required by law.
Website services
The site uses hosting and security services that may process technical information needed to operate it. This version does not install advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; that provider receives technical request information such as an IP address. Hosting access controls may require a ChatGPT account while the site is private.
Children’s information
The early-access program is intended for adults. Do not submit information if you are under 18. Contact us if a child’s details were submitted so we can address the request.
